Engineering High-Impact Launches

Product launches were a key growth lever for Heights, and required precise execution to maximize impact. We rebuilt the launch framework from the ground up, restructuring campaign strategy around clear narrative-driven sequences, conversion-focused messaging and tight alignment between product positioning and email content.

The Calmer launch, executed with just three emails, sold 432 units, more than doubling previous benchmarks. The Thrive launch followed with 293 units sold through targeted email campaigns. The year-end sale delivered 136 signups across both offers, a result that, in the client’s words, blew their previous end-of-month sales out of the water.

Prospect Lifecycle Optimisation

Beyond launches. Heights needed a systematic approach to turning cold traffic into paying customers. We designed comprehensive onboarding flows and prospect campaigns. Ensuring every touchpoint guided new subscribers toward their first purchase. 

This meant rethinking the full prospect journey: from initial sign-up through nurture sequencing, with messaging that educated on product benefits while reinforcing brand trust at every stage.

The results spoke for themselves: With all of our flows live, January 2026 generated 1,411 signups against a target of 500, surpassing the goal by 182%.
